How to Stake CANTO

Navigate to canto.io/staking and connect your Metamask wallet to stake CANTO to the Interstake One validator

Click on the “all validators” tab to see the list of validators

Find Interstake One validator manually or enter it name in the search bar on the right top and click on the validator

Delegation is one of the blockchain functions that makes tokens locked for a certain period of time (until the moment of unbond tokens from staking), and also these tokens are not transferred to a third party. So when you send tokens to staking, you are still their full owner.
Staking rewards come from transaction fees and inflation. Each block (~7 seconds) generates a certain amount of CANTO — this is called network inflation, it is distributed among the stakers.
To withdraw tokens from staking, you will have to make the appropriate transaction. From this point on, tokens are no longer in delegation and you do not receive staking rewards. However, full unlocking of the tokens will occur after 21 days.
