Non-custodial way is the easiest thing to do to buy BIP. Use the Honee, make a cross-chain of the USDT from BNB Smart Chain or Ethereum via the “Instant deposit” interface, then exchange USDT for BIP.
You can store BIP in the Honee, it is a non-custodial and secure interface. You can also use the Minter Console, which is more suitable for experienced users, as it has a wider, but at the same time more complex functionality.
You can track transactions through blockchain explorers such as Minter Explorer or Chainik. You can insert the wallet address, validator public key, or transaction hash in the search bar.

Delegation is one of the blockchain functions that makes tokens locked for a certain period of time (until the moment of unbond tokens from staking), and also these tokens are not transferred to a third party. So when you send tokens to staking, you are still their full owner.
Staking rewards come from transaction fees and inflation. Each block (~5 seconds) generates a certain amount of BIP, which tends to zero over time and will eventually come to this — this is called network inflation, it is distributed among the stakers.
To withdraw tokens from staking, you will have to make the appropriate transaction. From this point on, tokens are no longer in delegation and you do not receive staking rewards. However, full unlocking of the tokens will occur after ~28 days.
